What We Do Behind the Scenes
Origin Harvesting Harvested strictly according to the ripening period of each variety; harvesting is suspended on rainy days to guarantee optimal moisture content and flavor right from the source.
Sorting & Selection A combination of manual inspection and automated machine sorting achieves millimeter-level diameter grading, while dedicated QC personnel eliminate defective fruits piece by piece.
Cleaning & Polishing Processed using high-performance washing and polishing (waxing) machines to enhance visual appeal and extend shelf life.
Grading & Packaging Graded, crated, and labeled according to varying market demands; fully supports OEM private label packaging customization.
Cold-Chain Loading Transported via refrigerated trucks at a constant temperature of 8–15°C, with cargo damage insurance secured for every shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and scheduled delivery times
Customs Clearance & Shipping With a complete set of documentation prepared—including Certificate of Origin, Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Sales Contract—goods are dispatched via direct road freight to the Horgos Port, arriving at the destination in as fast as 4–5 days.
